1.Overview:

The smart fire assay system is composed of highly automatic and modular precious metal testing equipment. It can realize unmanned operation from raw material batching and mixing, sample melting, casting, ash blowing preparation and ash blowing through intelligent batching, sample melting, casting, and ash blowing systems. The system has a L-shaped or circular layout to meet the requirements of different sites. The sample crucible is manually placed on the crucible conveying line and the system automatically completes a number of complex processes such as quantitative batching, material mixing, covering, silver addition, covering agent addition, sample melting, casting, demolding, weighing, counterweighting and ash blowing. The smelting batch is ≥ 25 samples/batch, the maximum processing capacity is ≥ 300 samples per day and average cycle is 1 sample/min to ensure efficient operation. The control system is equipped with Siemens PLC to realize the automatic generation of production formulas. The equipment is interconnected and interlocked via ProfiNet bus for automatic operation. It also has unmanned workshop information interface to seamlessly connect the front and rear processes to achieve intelligent production of the whole workshop.


2.Features:
Fully automatic: Including automatic batching, mixing, dosing, sample melting, casting, demolding, ash blowing. Robots can be seamlessly connected to realize automatic control of the whole process from sample weighing to ash blowing.

Precision batching system: It is connected with the management system to automatically generate formulas to ensure that the weighing accuracy of sodium carbonate and lead oxide is within ±1g, and the weighing accuracy of potassium nitrate and starch is ± 0.3g.

High-efficiency mixing and anti-pollution design: Automatic mixing ensures that the materials are evenly mixed without spillage or cross-contamination; protective agents and additives are automatically or manually added; covering agents are uniformly covered to prevent the materials to be inspected from being exposed.

Smart smelting management: The high-temperature resistant crucible fixture works with the robot to accurately enter the furnace and the muffle furnace can be remotely controlled. The fire assay standards are strictly followed to ensure safe smelting of samples.

Precise casting and demolding: The robot automatically removes the red-hot crucible, puts it into the furnace and pours the molten sample into the mold. After cooling, it automatically releases the mold. Metal buttons are manually released and hammered.

Smart ash blowing and environmental protection integration: Automatic weighing, removal of abnormal lead buttons, automatic identification of the end point of ash blowing; the equipment is equipped with a dust collection device and the flue gas is discharged to the dust collection system.
