FULLY-AUTOMATIC GOLD INGOT CASTING SYSTEM

 The gold refining workshop includes alloy casting, punching, wet gold separation, anode plate casting, electrolysis, granulation, polishing, marking, weighing and gold system to realize fully automated production from gold mud to gold ingots to greatly reduce labor intensity. In the production process, manual intervention is only necessary in specific parts, such as gold mud loading, ingot casting, feeding and slag removal, and the rest is completed automatically. The workshop adopts the information architecture of ERP for enterprise, MES for management, DCS for operation and PLC for control to ensure efficient and stable production. DCS is based on Siemens Wincc technology and PLC is interconnected via ProfiNet bus interface to realize rapid adjustment of equipment. The whole system is also equipped with an unmanned workshop information interface for intelligent and automatic production in the future. This comprehensive solution not only improves production efficiency, but also ensures product quality and stability, meeting the high standards and requirements of modern gold refining.

FULLY-AUTOMATIC GOLD INGOT CASTING SYSTEM
Features:
• Capacity: The system can produce ≥ 55 1kg gold ingots per hour. 
• Raw material requirements: Dry neutral gold grain or gold material. 
• Quality of gold ingots: The product has a flat surface and round corners without honeycomb holes, shrinkage pits, protrusions, shrinkage patterns, cracks or air holes inside. The marks are clear and the gold ingots are not deformed. It conforms to "GB/T4134-2015 Gold Ingot", "SGEB1-2019 Gold Ingot" and "GB/T4134-2021 Gold Ingot" standards and meets the requirements of SGE and LBMA. 
• Weight accuracy: Automatic weighting when loading with error ≤ 20mg. 
• Mold life and polishing process: High-purity graphite mold is used with life ≥ 300 times; magnetic needle polishing is non-destructive and the residues are collected centrally. 
• Fully automatic and eco-friendly: Automatic PLC control realizes unmanned production with batch traceability function; IGBT power supply with adjustable power; nitrogen protection during casting; flue gas collection device is equipped to ensure smoke-free operation
